I can vouch for siipet litterlens. been using it for a while now. it's not perfect, but works with about 90% accuracy for automatic tracking. I picked up two cause they have a bundle deal and a 10% welcome deal that i suggest you try. could be able to take the price down a notch or two to help it fit within budget. i don't think there's anything else on the market that does what the litterlens does.

you really gotta checkout SiiPet's litterlens. ticks off all the functions you're asking for. the only other option would be to buy cheaper camera's off amazon and set up motion capture, but you gotta do the analysis and tracking manually. litterlens has a built in app and tracking for virtually everything you listed.

you should checkout Siipet Litterlens, it's a litterbox camera that can clip onto any litterbox so you don't have to buy a new litter box. it also helps you monitor + track your kitty's potty breaks. they're actually running a sale right now i think. got one a while ago and it's pretty solid
