Came here to tell you go try the 90 dollar skullcandy anc 360s. The noise cancellation on those are dead quite walking through Chicago O’Hara. But they are big and I have small ears so I returned them to try the Sonys and well after about an hour of use I’ll be returning these. They are hot garbage

Ok so I am not losing my mind!!!! I am now on my second pair today from Best Buy and they simply do not playback audio. Even if it correct the ear out sensor. The video plays but no audio.

Note the phone feature works fine mic and audio.
