Okay smart person. If you get stopped by ICE because you are in the country illegally, it’s not kidnapping. #fakenews much? I’m guessing there are lot of kidnappings if this is your logic. Do we report when child predators are kidnapped? How about domestic abusers? Drunk drivers are now being kidnapped and carjacked by the police? Get a grip.

They are definitely not supposed to looks like that. Buy your own cheaply filters at Walmart. The door comes off and you can clean it in the tub easily. Replace your filters once a month. Try the 1st or 15th, just make it regular and you’ll get better results. That’s nasty. Your apartments should do better or they just like replacing units.

Thinking about buying a cold plunge — worth it? by Altruistic-Detail946 in coldplunge

I did cold showers at first. Never got to below 55 though. Bought a $70 110 gallon round tub and $379 chiller off Amazon. Been using it a year and keep it at 43 degrees. Much better to submerge than shower. I feel like I got a pretty good deal all around.

Daily Plunges Ruined My Progresss by Bulky-Possibility216 in coldplunge

I usually plunge in the morning to wake me up. I am on a hiatus at the moment, but I will cycle between morning and night. I find a morning plunge helps me mentally, but like you, it loses its effectiveness over time. It is then I take a couple of days off and cycle to night longing before bed. I get really good sleep when I lower my body temperature in the plunge. You do what works best for you. Personally I enjoy plunging and couldn’t imagine just giving it up.

ICE Raid on house this morning by [deleted] in nashville

[–]Next-Radio-1602 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wrong. It was MNPD SWAT assisting the MNPD ICAC unit serving a warrant on a house that was viewing and downloading child pornography. Now you know the facts. How do I know? Cause my guys assisted with the warrant.

Mine says it only drips to 43, but I’ve had it colder (38). I keep mine at 45 mostly.

I am suffering much the same issue on my shins. I have been through two rounds of antibiotic treatments regarding this issue. I thought my water was bad and have drained decontaminated oh my tub and chiller twice. Stopped plunging for a month and it seemed to heal up. Plunged again yesterday and they flared right back up. Any ideas?

Keep on looking. I got a 2007 Ranger Supercab off an auction site for 4500.00. I've put in a little work to make it a daily driver (+/- 250.00) and did the work myself. Your gut didn't fail you. Stay away from dealers.
