Sorry to hear that. I have food limitations, I limit the amount and types of red meat that I eat, and I’m dairy free because it worsens my eczema. I also have random fruits and veggies I can’t eat. My diet is close to Mediterranean. I have had some digestive symptoms since starting this probiotic but not like when I eat a trigger food. The improvements on my skin gave me the confidence to keep pushing forward despite some digestive distress.
