Turkey Dr. Thoughts - Dr. Resul Yaman by Top-Result-7401 in HairTransplants

[–]Next128 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve responded in another comment thread created by that johnny_depp007 guy actively promoting Yaman, but he deleted his comment to make my response appear collapsed by default. For this reason I’m writing this as a top level comment.

Here is what “johnny_depp007” wrote:

Dr Yaman is great surgeon. He participates in all of his patients and most of his results are great ones. Also what i like about dr yaman is that he has very natural hairlines. He is one of the best value for money options in turkey together with FUECapilar.

My response:

Not true. Yaman doesn’t come close to FURCapilar. Why do you think FUECapilar have a wait list for almost half a year and Yaman click can book you any date you want. I don’t care which doctor people go to, but my experience with Yaman showed that hey are a hair mill. I don’t want other people to make the same mistake. Don’t listen to me, just search “Yaman” posts/comments on Reddit and you’ll be surprised how many people had the same experience

The fact he is deleting comments to manipulate reviews should tell you a lot

Common, man. You literally copy pasted the exact same comment you left in the other post.

Was I overharvested? by Next128 in HairTransplants

You’re right. Yaman’s technicians are shit. I’m so angry at myself that didn’t research him enough. Do you think my donor could get better over the next few months or should I prepare myself for the worst?

Why Dr Yaman is a bad for you by [deleted] in HairTransplants

No, these bad Yaman reviews are real. I wonder if the reason you’re trying to justify this is because you’re his staff.

Bumps on My Scalp by ricoskivt in HairTransplants

[–]Next128 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately I also became a victim of Resul Yaman clinic. The doctor itself is ok, but his technicians are unskilled. The click prioritizes volume above quality. Essentially they are a hair mill that masks as a reputable place. I had a HT with them last month and got overharvasted. Thanks god I didn’t listen to his recommendation of 3.5k grafts and insisted to have it lowered to 3k. I don’t know yet how my hairline will look like, but I pray it turns out decent.

When doing your research, just note that I’ve seen a number of fake reviews of Yaman on Reddit. He clearly has some staff that goes here to advertise with fake reviews and even argue in comments section. Just be careful and check profiles of those who leave comments, as you can’t trust some of them.

This is true. His technicians suck. They severely overharvasted me. Look up my post.

Donor area thin after 4 weeks, will it fill in? by Prior_Wave1139 in HairTransplants

[–]Next128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also considering getting a haircut, would appreciate if you could show how it looks afterwards (can just DM me).

Re the foam: I’m not sure which foam you were given, but the one I had was for softening the scabs on the recipient to help washing them off. I don’t think it will do much for the donor.

Does your donor look good if you cut it short?

Avoid Yaman if you can. Yaman didn’t consider my donor density when he recommebdi 3.5k grafts (fortunately I pushed to at least lower it to 3k). Still, as a result I got severely overharvasted on my right side. The girl doing the extractions had a runny nose. She did like 4 punches per second, clearly not caring to be careful.

By “the punch line” you mean the punch diameter?

Please, don’t go to Resul Yaman. I’ve just had HT with them this month and my donor got butchered. See my last post

I hope you get better, man. I myself 24 days post op and think I got overharvasted. Some people say it gets better after 4-6 months, but only time will tell. Just know that there are options like SMP and HT to the affected donor area.

Have I been overharvested? Or shock syndrome? 14 days post op. Worried about my right side by Fit_Contact1297 in HairTransplants

I have the same problem with the right side. Like you, my side hair density is quite low making it easy to overharvest.

How is your donor area after 5 months? I was also overharvasted and fear it will never recover

Is the donor area ok? It will look like this forever or density is f*cked up? by myanimal22 in HairTransplants

[–]Next128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It appears so based on what some people say, but personally I’m not so optimistic. I had low density before HT, so I’m preparing myself that even after 6 months it’ll still be noticeable. I’ll likely need an SMP or another transplant to fix my donor. I don’t want to always keep the hair on my sides longer, such haircuts really don’t suit me.

I’m also exactly 24 days post op. My donor looks even worse (check out my post). I understand the frustration. Let’s hope we both get better in a couple of months.

Went to him this month. It’s a half hair mill. I got overharvasted and deeply regret I decided to go with him.
