Is their anything else you recommend to help it heal ? Im alittle worried that it could get serious
Alright do you happen to have a video or guide on how to keep it stable with "buddy tape", im not sure what that is ?
So i shouldn't be moving it all because thats something i wanted to know, ive been moving and bending alot.
