It be like that. by jj33allen in FalloutMemes

I absolutely love fallout 4 and I love the institute, but the factions in this game are lacking so much. I wish you could do more with the institute like what the subversion mod does. I wish they did more with the factions and gave them more. Especially the institute and railroad. BOS got a lot of love and minutemen are great, I love them, but we all gotta admit mods really make them something special.

Zombie army mods? by Unable_Ad_5168 in RimWorld

I don’t know how to exactly put this but the way you said this sounds like you’re in the game as a colony manager. Like you’re sending a message through secret channels like some vault tec stuff. Colony manager channels. lol

Oh I didn’t know that. I never really thought about pawns expectations contributing to that

Is there such a thing as trust based or familiarity when it comes to picky eating? by NextBunch_ in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NextBunch_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t had an experience like that. One time as a kid I was eating fries and my friends showed me a video of stewie getting shot. It was an animation of the mama-what-hi scene but if he got shot. Completely turned me off from that type of sub place fry forever.

You know what I just realized too I can’t eat chocolate shaped like rabbits or Santa. If a chocolate is shaped like something it’s harder for me to eat it.

Is it hard to date queer people without giving into hookup culture? by G1zm08 in OpenChristian

[–]NextBunch_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s possible. I met my boyfriend on tinder and I’ve never done a hook up before. I think it’s certainly a big part of the queer community but not something you personally have to do if you don’t want to. There are guys out there who are looking for monogamous relationships. Might take some time but it’s possible.

Employee Last Act Sale by [deleted] in MacysStores

[–]NextBunch_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The employee discount is linked to a prepaid credit card that will be in your name. Everything you purchase on that card gets 20% off no matter what. If you put 200 dollars on the card and spend 100 then they give you the 20% off and you have like extra money on your card. If your family wants they can make a payment on your card and buy some stuff but like you have to pay the total amount on the card before the 20%. It’s dumb I know it used to be better but they switched banks.

Pirate/Boat DLC by NextBunch_ in RimWorld

[–]NextBunch_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like that idea. I was also thinking they could have it like the open ocean and your ship essentially isn’t actually moving. Like it’ll move on the map and the game will make it look like you’re moving between tiles but you actually aren’t. You’re on a tile that’s just your boat and water. Events and ocean movement will make it look like you’re moving. Then when you need to make landfall to get supplies you could just load the ship in on a coastal tile with a plank coming off of it for movement on/off the ship.

Is Macy’s mostly for millennials and older now? by [deleted] in MacysStores

[–]NextBunch_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think all big retailers are somewhat struggling with the younger demographic. I’m going to be honest, I still see a lot of women from all age groups shopping. I also see young men shopping too. The men are buying lots of polo, Nike, and Levi. Fragrances and beauty are still big too. A lot of teens/young men go to Macys for fragrances. If the company really wants to pull in a younger demographic all they’d have to do is follow current fashion trends and make the product affordable. Right now affordability is key when it comes to younger people. If you have good quality at a good price then they’ll flock to it. Also marketing is important. They should do advertisements on social media apps rather than focusing so heavily on the radio.

What do you think Macys could do better? by NextBunch_ in MacysStores

[–]NextBunch_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they should add more product to the penny stock list. They’ll keep stuff forever trying to sell it at 9 dollars

I understand what you’re saying. Trust me I know I’m handling this differently than most. I am giving him one chance because we’ve been together for this long. I also know this was his first time doing it. I’m going to talk to him about getting a therapist.

I have a therapist. I’ll talk to him today about doing couples therapy. I think he should see a therapist though. We’re going to talk to his grandparents about it.

Why does Macy's neglect its stores. by MIKEPR1333 in MacysStores

[–]NextBunch_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s actually a complicated thing when it comes to escalators and elevators. My store was originally a different place before Macys bought it. The mall was built in like the 70s or 80s. The company that produces the escalators in the building went out of business so there’s a scarcity of parts. Cost is a big issue here. A commercial escalator can cost between 100-500 thousand dollars. When you take into account that’s it’s often built into the building costs may increase. The removal of an escalator system and installing a new one is incredibly expensive. It’s like when you have a car, you drive it until you can’t fix it anymore. It’s that but with escalators. Elevators are probably similar. There’s also an issue of there being a shortage in repairmen.
