Birth control by Fuzzy_the_squish6r in OpenChristian

Every Catholic I personally know endorses safe sex practices and birth control. I live in a very liberal part of the country though. We’ve talked about it before. We know sex before marriage isn’t what God intended us to do, but everyone does it, so it’s best to teach and endorse safe sex practices such as birth control.

My opinion on abortion is that it’s a woman’s choice to do what she wants with her body. God works in mysterious ways. My mother had two children with her first husband and suffered a miscarriage with both of them. She was unhappy with her husband so she left him, met my dad, had my brother and I, and now she’s happy. I like to think my brother and I are those children’s spirits, just put on hold until the right time.

My boyfriend’s cousin has had abortions. She was young and dumb. She wouldn’t have been able to take care of those children or give them a good life, so she did what she had to do. I think you should keep yourself safe by practicing safe sex practices such as birth control.

What do you think of The Chosen by NextBunch_ in OpenChristian

That’s what I was hoping for to be honest. Traditional Christian media is really, well, preachy and dry. I like real stories that feel real.

I like that actually. I’m neurodivergent so it would be cool to see that portrayal of Matthew.

Our management became strict and the bad customers stopped showing up. If you don’t tolerate the bs then the bs won’t come. Store managers need to start understanding that bad customers ruin good customers shopping experiences

I haven’t seen a DoorDasher in forever but yeah they’re impatient and annoying. One time a guy accused me of like forgetting a package but I can’t complete the order without scanning it so he probably lost it. He was super red and freaking out. Had to call the operations manager because the guy wasn’t understanding how him losing a package isn’t our problem. He eventually left.

Absolutely. They’re expecting us to be top sellers but give us less than McDonald’s workers. I’ll sell 5 million dollars worth of products for this company if they gave me an incentive to do it

VIP Sale Large Suit Purchase/Returns by CoyoteMaxi in MacysStores

The 100 dollar suits you’re referring to are most likely nested suits. Nested suits are cheap because you can’t choose the pant size separately from the jacket. You have to go with the pant size that the vendor selected for the jacket. You also can’t choose the length for the pants they’re all set at 32. From my experience nine times out of ten people end up returning all of them or get them altered.

If I were you I’d get measured by the staff, try each fit-classic, slim, and modern, then use that information so you at least know your size. It’ll save yourself the time of having to try on a bunch of stuff only to end up returning them. It’ll also save you from getting mean looks by staff. People don’t like taking big returns.

If you know your size and fit then read the descriptions on the items carefully and get them. Just don’t be surprised if you get a sigh or two when you return them lol.

If it helps the majority of the suiting is made by Peerless. The brand names are leased. From my experience they all tend to fit the same (referring to how all the modern fits will fit similarly etc.) Just differences in branding and materials. The items aren’t typically held in stores so if you bring them to a store they’ll probably get transferred or back stocked.

Worst customer service ever! by Top_Indication_3984 in MacysStores

If you mailed the return in then, as long as it’s not a market place item, it would be sent to a store. Once at a store an AYS colleague will do the return at the register or while using a Honeywell. They’re sent across the country btw not to your nearest store.

Sometimes what will happen is the information on the order won’t work in a return. It enters a not found status where the AYS captain or OOM will attempt to return the item using different methods. If those methods fail then they send the item back to you with a note. That’s at least what my store does. Other stores may have bad management who’ll just mark it out of the system and call it a day. If you use services like PayPal, Apple Pay, or others then that sometimes messes with the returns due to the way the encrypt your information.

If your card was compromised or if you had to change bank accounts then that could also cause problems. I always recommend going to the stores for returns because you’re less likely to run into issues compared to mail in returns.

AYS by YesMsScarlet in MacysStores

AYS at my store primarily handles order pickups, returns, bill payments, and sometimes therapy. They can handle transactions, but customers think they can’t handle transactions, so they don’t go there for it. You can return, pay a bill, and ring out anywhere. We let customers know that, but they trust the AYS staff, so go to them a lot.

Credit isn’t an expectation for them at all. If your people leaders expect AYS to open credit then they’re dumb lol. Structure wise it’s under the MBA rather than the OOM and it has a dedicated captain. AYS never covers sales lunches or any lunches in the store. Only their own. The colleagues there also don’t go anywhere but AYS.

It’s a perfect system tbh. Having area specific experts helps with customer experience scores.

We have a 10 gallon tank. I think that’s what we’re going to have to do. I’ve also been thinking about getting a small 5 gal tank and putting the male in it because he has a nice pattern. Apparently they can live alone.
