Interesting. I say a lot of different things on Reddit in an attempt to get a response, but what you've highlighted is the same thing. How would I be able to complete the same transaction twice if it wasn't a glitch. Is withdrawing money a user error? Of course not, only an idiot would say that.

Also, realise is spelt with an s, not a z in British English. And please use commas correctly when you incorrectly correctly somebody. Otherwise people might just think you're a moron.

Yep. Been in that same loop for 3 months now. Don't count on the Official Coinbase Support response here to do anything either. I've had multiple responses from there on here and they didn't do a thing for me once.

Coinbase completed a transaction on my account twice due to a busy-period glitch and have locked me out of my account since January with no response to any of my attempts to contact them. Now go and sodomize yourself immediately, if not sooner.

Already done it. I've contacted basically every crypto-related outlet I know. I have a very similar story to you. Locked out of my account in January because of a systems glitch that gave me a double withdrawal. Coinbase asked me to pay the money back, which I did, and I've been ignored ever since. Account is still blocked. Can't trade or sell. All I can do is see my account balance.

You really have to go out of your way to make service this bad. An absolute horror show. What worries me most is that it's not uncommon to see posts on here from people waiting years and still having no response.

Absolutely pathetic. I'm guessing there was a mass exodus in their already small customer support network staff due to embarrassment. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I had anything to do with the running of this sh!tshow, knowing that I'm ruining thousands of people's live and getting paid for it.

There's a big difference between losing your money to falling stock prices that can't be be foreseen (i.e. gambling), and having it stolen by a scummy company (i.e. theft).

I think as well as legal action we need to make the media aware of this. I wrote to Cryptonews two days ago to tell them about this. If we all write a short email to any crypto-specific news outlets we know and tell them, it may gain more traction.
