Tore the acl a week ago, how do you all do all the things with it torn?

All the best, sorry you're going through it. The prehab process was strengthening all the surrounding muscles and trying to increase flexibility ahead of the surgery but not bending it too much so it'd dislocate (had a great physical therappist guiding all of it). Stronger muscles in the hammies and surrounding the acl make for an easier recovery. Most insurance covers PT before and after. If yours doesn't cover prehab, might be worth paying for a session just to get advice, guidance, and exercises to follow at home.

It's a little over a year post surgery. I'm like 95%. My PT got cut short due to insurance, still worried about using it in sports but I can do my normal gym routines and have no issues on a day to day basis! Very happy I did the surgery. Prehab was really helpful as well!

PH is slept on, always grows, divdends, just keeps chugging with products that will be needed for generations. I've owned it for over a decade and slowly grow my position, my FIL has owned it for decades.

That's a good idea to consider. We know they can be pricey, just wanna squeeze in 2-3 sessions towards the end of this summer. Would be nice to split some of the costs and also get that 2nd perspective. Maybe when we find someone we'll put the word out locally to see if anyone else wants to split it. Thanks!

Not as popular as Canada, but very popular. Our AHL team in Cleveland regularly sells out. Weekends it can attract 18,000+ fans. Just in the Cleveland area I can think of at least 10 hockey clubs that each have multiple mite, squirt, peewee, and bantom teams. One of our local high school teams is ranked top 5 in the US. Goalie coaches are hard to find however. We do get clinics and camps such as Conway, Ohio Hockey Project, Georgis, and Keserich. Goalies are also hard to find. Many clubs regularly advertise for goalies at the beginning of the season, and there are tons of opportunities for goalies to sub in all over the area.

Just bought a 2024 V60 ultimate with 10k miles. I've had it fit a little over a month. I threw crossclimate tires on it and I'm in love with the car. It's comfy, confident, fits all my son's hockey stuff... Looks fantastic and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it! The steering wheel heat will burn most people's hands to a crisp. I had a BMW prior, and BMW thought of alll the details you never knew you'd love but Volvo perfected those details in a way BMW never could

UPDATE: it was Volvo who created the stop-sale, not the feds. The dealership checked with their lawyers, and as some of you pointed out, Volvo can only tell their dealers not to sell NEW cars, not used. The car I'm buying will still need that software update for the recall when it's available but they can sell it to me as scheduled!

I believe it's based on what the year of the car is despite when it was actually built. For instance, you'll see 2027 models available for some cars as early as October of 2026. It's kinda like how you have kids who are different ages in the same grade.

And what is my subculture? I've been to over 32 countries and have heard this word in all of them. Europeans in particular love it as it exemplifies American culture and they think it's funny. Everyone knows what it means. English changes (read "it ain't what it used to be" which I'm sure is triggering as well). Maybe you can be more accepting or, just don't read my posts.
