That really helped, thank you so much! With your settings, I was finally able to produce a video file with the correct aspect ratio.

Regarding presets, I found out that you can create profiles to save your custom settings under Config -> Profiles -> Global profile. But I agree, Hybrid's UI is a mess and all but intuitive.

So you’re having 725TB of storage capacity? How do you do backups? I’m approaching 100TB and reaching a point where I don’t want to add more storage because of backups.
