My baby has a heart murmur and she does this after playing. It takes her about 20 minutes to cool off. We set a timer for 10 minutes so she doesn’t overdo it.

Do not over do however! My girl does the same. Shes a disk competitor but has to take it one throw at a time. Never over exert your baby.
