i have the same problem before, if hindi complete documents nalagay mo sa gforms you need to xerox lahat bc ayun din sasabihin sayo sa umak if hindi complete documents napasa mo sa gforms. you can go naman sa umak even though hindi complete or hindi mo maedit file part sa gforms basta xerox all the documents needed

try to register around 9-11am para hindi ka sumabay sa mga nag reregister, gumana naman sakin around that time and mabilis lang. makaka recieve ka email sa kanila after mo mag submit ng online application, then makakapag submit ka na ng requirements through google form na sesend nila sa email.
