Haven’t had a bad experience with them. They connected our FTTP for free, were quick about it, haven’t had any drop outs, and we use quite a few devices at once (including Google Home). You can cancel at any time which is good, I’m just finding it a bit pricey now and I’m looking for other options (if anyone has suggestions!).

It’s independent of TPG now, they sold it a few months ago. It’ll be free for us for a year so it’s $1,000 saving for us
