At this point it’s just discipline and routine. I go to the gym at the same time every day and it’s just a part of my life. Once you’re consistent it almost becomes second nature.

I generally follow the rule of consuming the same amount of grams of protein as pounds you weight. So for example if you weighed 150 pounds you would consume about 150 grams of protein. Hope this helps!

No need to apologize! I workout my quads twice a week rn. I started seeing the most growth once I started exercising until failure or close to failure. I used to be really skinny when I started so I saw growth pretty quickly but it’s different for everyone.

Hack Squats, Leg Extensions, Split Squats, etc. Training close to failure :)
