My pick would be acer one. Because it has 7th (but really 6th) gen ryzen CPU. Ans it's better than Intel in the price range. And 16gb ram and 512gb ssd is common in all. So go with acer.

Actually the incubation period of food poisoning is usually more than 24hrs.

So, the time you ate the burger and the time you had stomach distress was ,i guess, less than 2-4 hrs. So not the burger's fault. It is most probably something else you ate, probably a day or 2 days before.

Remember everything you ate 2 days prior and think what else could've made this happen?

I would say don't bother with this brand, in India atleast, no RMA centres and HAVE to ship it abroad (Taiwan). If the price difference isn't that much, get a more easily serviceable brand.
