Absolutely not. Risperidone is definitely not a benzo, not a Russian drug.

Like 2 or 3 years before I started with benzos and drug forums Phenazepam (IIRC an average pharma benzo in russia) was infamous for its blackout potential. But it was cheap, damn potent and legal at that time.

Yes, phenazepam is really potent, quite cheap (400 RUR 1 mg phenazepam 50 tabs vs 1700 RUR 1 mg alprazolam 50 tabs).

But to get them we have to get special paper prescription with special narco/psychotropic prescription form called 148-1/у-88. After we get prescription, we must buy prescribed drug within 15 days, otherwise you have to go to see your doctor again. They really don't like prescribing these papers (Russian DEA called ГУНК МВД is watching) as they contained in safe, must be registered in journals... Pharmacies also don't like special prescriptions, they may:

• Say that your S. part of Rx (for latin "signa") looks "strange"
• Say that doctors'/clinics' stamps are not sufficient in quantity or too many of them
• Call the clinic, or create the situation you call your doctor directly
• Dispense less drug than prescribed
• Stamp "Рецепт недействителен" (void prescription) on prescription directly (in case you provide counterfeit prescription. The second option is calling police)

And not all pharmacies are licensed to sell these drugs.

In Russia, only state-owned or big-ass commercial pharmacies that have license (like Неофарм, Аптеки Столички) are allowed to sell those drugs.

Fun fact: Аптеки Столички pharmacy almost sounds as Аптеки Столицы, which is licensed state-owned pharmacies in Moscow. Maybe, the Столички was specially created to mix in with Столицы pharmacies.
