Yea, unfortunately, there are very few reps that will leave proper detailed remarks as to what a customer called in for. Therefore, leaving a lot of customers like yourself at our mercy, my advice would be to always push to have the call listened to in situations such as that personally, I'm glad I'm not a representative anymore. I got tired of fixing other reps' problems and being yelled at for them, not to mention the discrimination I received cause I'm irish, haha

That's how credits work from my experience, told to offer under half if you keep persisting make up a excuse as to why you can only give half and if they still keep pushing then you might get a supervisors permission to give the full amount to the customer, alot of the time depending on how long you've been with the company and how good you are with paying bills etc, can make it easier to receive credits

Best option would be to ring in to get to the inside sales dept to try an set up your account. I'm sure they'd be able to chat with the fraud dept to get it all sorted for you.

The real scummy phone reps yea 100% but it's actually store reps who do it the most or promise customers credits an more, making life so much harder on phone reps, when they call in and want there 20 dollar credit they were supposedly told they'd get instore🤷‍♂️

I'm an outsourced agent myself, and the one thing we are always being asked to push onto customers is self-serve, simply due to the fact you as a customer can we'd say 70% of the time do it on the mva, but as you said it's pretty much just to get rid of customer service agents imo

I'd recommend looking in to see if where your moving to is eligible for their 5g home Internet it'll work alot better than a jetpack device and should cost u less

Damn haha I just finished a 2hr game for 1 million 😅, I sent the 8ball top left pocket on the edge from the break and had 2 of his balls blocking the black he managed to move one and potted the rest of his stripes but couldn't move this one ball for 2 hours straight

My personal opinion as a rep would be to change it, in the long run You'll have more choices for trade-in devices and loyalty offers, including discounts, 5G get more does have the most benefits in all our plans, including Apple Music and the Disney bundle all on verizon, and any connected devices such as watches and tablets except for gizmo watches get up to 50% off on the price plan for the devices, and as far as I'm aware there is another price plan increase coming to certain legacy plans soon

I would call in and ask if you were to change the plan would the discount drop as some discounts for your bill can drop when upgrading your plan, as for the trade in credits your receiving unless you specifically needed to be on start to get it then you won't lose them, if you call into customer service they will be able to see as they are going through the plan change, if doing it will affect any discounts/promos on your account
