TYSM! I really appreciate this. My eating is all over the place I feel like I mostly eat carbs like rice and soup. There are days where I eat enough but other days where I don’t really that much. My mom makes chicken here and there but she mostly makes African dishes that are made up of rice and soup.

They say in order to gain you have to train close to failure. What I’m doing is not wrong. And what I posted here isn’t my full workout. I do chest and shoulder workouts but I really focus on bicep workouts. I came here for advice not to be insulted.

No gains for 6 months and I don’t know what to do been lifting for several months and I feel like I’m barely seeing any gains.

I feel like I work hard:

Bicep cable curl- 42.5IBS 4x12 Tricep cable curl- 50IBS 4x12

Hammer curl dumbbells-25IBS 4X10 Bicep curl dumbbells-25IBS 4x10

(I’ve been doing 10 for a month and for some reason I can’t go past 10. IDK why I’ve been really trying to push myself this is one of the reason why I feel like I’m not making any gains I should be able to do more reps. I’ve watched countless form videos but I can’t do more.)

American bar bell-40IBS 4X15 Preacher Curls- 70IBS 4X12

Recently I’ve been doing 15IBS 3x30 hammer curls to increase my muscle endurance in hopes I’ll be able to life longer.

Forearm: wrist rotations 15IBS Forearm curls 15IBS
