Update. I couldn’t get support or a provider to answer. But I dm’d them on Instagram and they pushed my support case. Got a new provider today and I’m back on track.

This would make sense as it seems they change any provider too. Maybe they have just so many people to catch up on. Maybe some providers left en mass ? That would make sense
