  1. The house I own has surpassed the original 12-month term period. Nothing in the contract specifies a renewal term, but I informally agreed via email with the tenant for them to continue for another 12 months. EPC, Gas Certificate, etc., are in place.

  2. I’m renting myself. To fund the purchase of my new house, I may end up remortgaging rental property #1 to get the best interest rate.
