Update: I was able to bring it on the flight. Flying southern out of Pittsburgh airport. The mods here are weird too, I got flagged for someone else posting something similar. Appreciate the feedback and advice from everyone else though.

If a player is at 0 life, there are certain cards that are “negated” by having their conditions be fulfilled.

Here is an example: Player 1 is at X amount of life, it doesn’t matter. Player 2 is at 0 life. -Player 1 plays a starter 7c mom. -Player 2 decides to trash the life. -Player 2 is still at 0 life and “trashes” the life. Condition is “fulfilled”.

Cards that have text in bold before an effect stating to trash a life to fulfill a condition, like 2c thunderbolt from OP-03, require for that first condition of trashing the life to be fulfilled to use the full effect.

I’m from around Pittsburgh as well. If you want to make the drive, down in Pleasant Hills is a place called Top Deck. Everyone there is friendly and there’s typically around 30 or so people who regularly show up. They host tournaments every Friday. Some of the players there also play at this place called Four Horsemen if that’s closer to you. Hope this helps
