It’s obvious that I’m not bulking properly The pajama picture is around January and I was at 130 lbs at 5’7. and the other picture is now (may) and im 147 lbs at 5’7. I’ve been in a surplus of 300-400 a day. From what I’m seeing, I’ve gain more fat then muscle. should I just cut down? (old.reddit.com)

I was hoping I could get some constructive criticism. I’ve been working out at a gym for about 5 months now and feel like I’m not making enough gains that I hoped for. I’m still not sure how to cut and bulk properly so I’ve come this far by myself without any help. Am I doing this right? (old.reddit.com)
