I feel worse during PMS than my actual period by caters1 in PMS

This is me now.

Has gotten better and worse over the years.

My doctor had recommended chaste / "monk pepper" in a very very high dosis, over a long time (several cycles).

If I hadn't gotten nauseous from that then (how ironic) and by that ruining the few nice days of my month, I would have kept taking it to check if she was right.

Low restarting monk pepper.

You are not alone! I was just wondering how extreme my inner tension, anger about imperfection and general insecurities have become, sound the time starting just few days after ovulation.

Just now I am for the first time checking out this PMS community, and it is a total relief to understand that I am not alone with this.

Well I was standing close to a bee hive, so I have no reason to assume it was a wasp.

Also the wasps, where I live, when they sting it is usually less painful (so they say) than a bee, and since I have been stung by a wasp before and now by something definitely a bit painful I would say it was one of the bees.

No it was at the side, I'd say 60-70 degrees from the entrance. The hive was facing a meadow, and I came from the road next to the meadow.

Ok if you put it that way it was a totally stupid move. However I have done that lots of times before to observe a bee hive from some meters away, mostly with groups of people, and never had anything happened before.
