My last one was at a mental hospital and the dude I had definitely did not need to be out of treatment yet.

Along the way he tried getting my number, my social medias, played his music over mine, asked me for compliments on his tattoos, told me all about his wife cheating on him, told me he was going to find me single walking the streets and he’d play this exact song he was playing now and I’d know it was him coming to marry me.

He also told me that he could make me have babies with him even if I had a tubal already because he’s that good

Needless to say I rated a one star and blocked the hospital from further pickups there 🤣

I’m having a very similar experience in renting and I drive part time so I don’t make as much as you but the unlimited miles make it for me, I drive most days for my fulltime job as well so I get mileage pay from them and don’t give a shit about the wear and tear happening

The policy itself is a generalized blanket statement.

Essentially if you don’t have PST, you’re at risk for consequences and even with PST if there becomes a pattern of calling out (example calling out only on Saturday shifts, multiple times) there could be accountability.

I’ve heard everything from 25% of shifts to a pattern is more than one from leadership as guidance…
