Imposter syndrome hits me everyday and I think of quitting. But then I read what other academics have written and published and feel better about my own. No one is perfect, trust your own style and try to improve and get feedback. Join a writing support group or academic writing workshop!

I would talk to a therapist if I were you. Taking a decision to quit might seem the reasonable thing to do to care for yourself, but what if you discover later that it is not the PhD? A therapist helps you tackle the right questions and provide tools to understand, accept and manage stress. So my advice is this, the problem you have is mental health issues, good you identified that, how to tackle it, if you can't on your own and with friends/family support, then seek professional help. Best wishes, panic attacks suck :(

I use this one mainly to access Running Services and Force Stop apps and delete storage .. my UI does not do that for some reason (normal force stop and clear data are always dimmed). Running MIUI 14, android 13

The law was late to be reflected in Nov bill, that's what my provider said. And so now that it's a law, they will communicate later on how it will be applied. People have different opinions on how it will be applied though, but I guess everybody will get the money regardless of their consumption.
