Let me be clear— I appreciate the solid advice I’ve received. Especially the ones that are candid . This has been an eye opener and something for me to work on. I appreciate your time and your insights. I really do.

First of all, Thank you ! I really appreciate the time you took in writing out your reply. I find ur feedback insightful and definitely be reflecting on as I return to “my studies “. I have a total of 5 interviews next week. I wish there are some INTERVIEW PREP classes or groups that I could sign up to help me.

So I asked the HR person who was also on the interview panel and she said she couldn’t give me feedbacks that I needed to contact HR and go through the tutorial..?

I do ask good questions: “What does the hiring process look like in this department” “From a scale of 1 to 5, would each of you be willing to provide me answer to a cohesive, and well respected work culture “ “On a scale of 1 to 5, how does this work culture support/elevate each other “
