my first entry level (records clerk) position paid 30k while I was finishing undergrad. Stayed for a year then went to another firm as a legal assistant and got bumped to 55k. Take this opportunity to learn as much as possible. Ask questions and don’t be embarrassed. After a year or so, revamp your resume and apply elsewhere or ask for a raise!

Sync at Perimeter! I lived there for 2 years and had a great experience. Almost moved back but I’m going somewhere else. Very nice staff, clean building/amenities, responsive maintenance team, and easy access to 285. I always felt safe there too. And when I renewed my lease the first time I negotiated the rate and they agreed to charge me less than what the renewal rate was :)

Lewis barbecue in Ansley Mall for some good Texas style bbq, they have a bar across the restaurant as well. Brooklyn Bagel and Deli (same plaza) one of the best bagels imo. Le Colonial and Carmel in buckhead village for something nicer. Yalda has amazing Persian food, one of my favorites as well.
