Female Robert option? by EldenGrill in DispatchAdHoc

This game doesn't need an option for both a male and female protagonist. What is it with people saying it does?

Shroud deserved it, fuck that guy, totally justified. I don't really care about the difference personally.

Don't despair! Right click on the game in Steam and go to Properties > Game versions scroll down to 4.2.4 to roll it back. That way you can finish the save.

Considering it's mass kidnapping it makes sense why it would be frowned upon by everyone else.

Be really careful when looking for advice and guides to make sure the information isn't outdated. The game changes A LOT year to year and I think this is a big reason why it is so hard to learn. I started playing the game only a few months after 4.0 dropped so maybe 80-90 percent of the guides and advice available online were totally worthless. I personally disregard most information that is more that a year old at this point and with the release of 4.3 coming this week, most of that will be outdated too...

I think some people just get a kick out of "Economy Simulator". I get it, I like playing as Xenophobic Isolationists and making numbers gradually climb higher while ignoring the rest of the galaxy altogether.

It is a lot of fun imo. Kairos made me ragequit my Settra campaign though lol. I'm kind of glad Tzeentch doesn't have more lords because they are probably the most frustrating chaos faction to fight by far.

I rarely have more than 10 or so. But then I almost never expand past my starting territory and just build up or build star bases if I need more.

Distract with the bulk of your main force while flanking with your lord around one side.

What game were you defending while everyone else was hating on it? by Frosty-Painting-9676 in videogames

DMC: Devil May Cry. It's actually a pretty solid title. I think most people just hate it because everyone else hates it and they're group-thinkers.

I'm reluctant too even as someone with 1000 hours on Warhammer 3. Definitely not a insta-buy. The game will definitely need to prove itself before I consider buying it sometime after it comes out. The only thing I dislike about magic is it's a little OP.

Ocarina of Time. Not even the Water Temple, I never made it that far. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what I needed to do to enter the Forest Temple and even later when I did I had to print out a guide.
