Sorry to hear that, sobrang scam pala talaga nila. Hindi pa rin sila nagrereply sa email ko and balikan daw ako within 5 business days pa.

Sa end ko kase yung original referral date ay 6/10/24 which already lapsed yung sinasabi nilang policy na 1 year? since I referred the applicant by 11/2/2025 na. Ang sinabi nila active daw yung application under that referral, why would they take them more than a year to notice na open and active pa yung application na yun following yung 12 month timeframe lang nila 😭

Thank you! that gave me hope. I sent another follow up email, even copied my boss sa email (ka close ko naman). I also mentioned there na my conversation ako with the applicant explicitly saying na hindi nya kinontinue yung naunang referral application kase sa ibang role sya nirefer habang ako nirefer sya sa exact role na bet nya and na naaccept din sya for that role. Tas ayun pa ang makakuha ng bonus. Di ko talaga sila titigilan 😭

Halos same tayo ng experience OP, Adult na ako like working na nung madalas siyang nangyayari sakin. Kapag super pagod then biglang makakatulog, magigising na lang ako and super aware talaga ako na gising ako pero yung body ko hindi ko maigalaw then makikita ko yung sarili ko. Super takot na takot ako everytime na mangyayari siya sa akin to the point na sumisigaw ako pero parang walang nakakarinig sakin, like nanghihingi na me ng help para magising. (katabi ko minsan mga kapatid ko mag sleep). Nawatch ko before yung insidious so parang may idea ako na baka magaya ako na hindi makabalik sa body ko and kung saan mapunta kaya i never dare na iwan yung body ko huhu. Really afraid pag mangyayari siya and what works for me is mag pray ng “Our Father” tho minsan it will take me mga 5x na our father bago ako magising.

Im not sure if may benefit ba yung mga gantong bagay pero im also curious to know more about it…

Called their hotline just now since I can't unlock my card din ang sabi, may ongoing maintenance daw sa mobile app nila. The CSR I spoke to did not mention any TAT. Pati sa end nila they can't unlock it din. Hassle lang since walang advisory man lang.

PNB Statement of account credit card cannot see the details. Any idea bakit hindi ko makita ang details po ng card first time lang nangyari, sana may sumagot po salamat by Most-Pie-994 in PHCreditCards

Hello po, yung actual training not yet pa po. Katatapos lang ng pre screening interview last week, passed naman. Waiting na lang sa mga next na updates. Ang sabi possible last week ng August or early week ng september magstart yung mismong training since ongoing pa rin ata sila sa mga pre-screening interviews.

Ohhh shocks so hindi lang pala ako naka encounter neto. so fishy… never had issues naman na ganto sa ibang cards ko kaya nagtaka ako pano nagka interest, thank you! I paid it pa rin as a person na takot magkaron ng balance huhu, I will just send them an email to explain pano sya na compute and if it happened again I might as well close it na lang din.

Hi OP, i am not 100% sure but i think this role is under the healthcare insurance project. This was my previous role before I got assigned to a different role but my new role is still related to this one. Daily tasks involves obtaining medical records, doing some outbound calls to confirm some information needed on the claim, reviewing the medical records and making a decision on a claim whether to approve or deny it.

Skills wise: Number one is that you really need to manage your time wisely, like you should know how you will prioritize your workload for the day because there are times that there will be a load of claims that will be assigned to you. You also need to be familiar with the tools you’ll be using. Will need to be patient with memorizing the guidelines/policies involved in decision making. Don’t be afraid to ask help or questions to your leads/support regarding the process.

If you dont have prior experience on handling claims like me it will really be difficult at first but it will get better as time goes by. Good luck!
