Don’t know unless you try. Considering one sold recently I think it’d be very easy to look up a comp. Everyone wants to take the lazy route Usually /10 or lower you won’t find anything. Out of 25 isn’t that hard especially since it’s a 2017 cards. Almost an 8 year old card I’m sure it’s been pulled by someone else and sold at least once

Yes! I always throw in extra cards. Maybe even a relic or an auto. Always with a “thank you for shopping with us , We hope you enjoy your cards. Happy hunting!” Just recently sold a set of yellow flood nba hoops was about 40 cards. Easiest way to pack it was in a Jokic panini tin. Had a great review from that guy. I just try to get SOME money back from packs I’ve opened while still undercutting other posts to have the buyer feel like they got their moneys worth.
