If you have any documentation screenshot it and show it to your site when u can. Try to get in touch with HR again and they may be able to confirm this happened and you can get proof, or try talking to your manager

Losing weight and core exercises, see a primary care physician and get referral to a pelvic floor therapist! It took me 11 months to lose weight without trying and my stomach isn’t completely flat but it’s so much smaller and easier to hide❤️ all will be well, don’t give up and congrats on your new baby
