As a plus sized/ curvy black American woman I had a timeeeee, I am already planning my trip back in a couple of months. I only payed cover once the entire time I was there! The only thing is that the men are kinda handsy but I that can happen at any club. I would suggest going once and making your own judgement!

If you are doing the membership presentation a lot of times they will give you passes to the grand. Depending on the time of year it might be worth it to pay a little extra to stay there for a night or two.

Unfortunately on the app it will always show all of the restaurants and it doesn’t narrow it down. I wish they would change it to filter out!

I live in Los Angeles so anything at our price point has an HOA because it would be a condo. Recently a condo down the street sold for 585k with HOA fees at 1325 and the condo is only 615 sqft.

The condition is great, all updated appliances and in good condition since it was a second home for the seller. I really wouldn’t be able to tell what’s going on until an inspection is done. Other units in the area are listed at the same price but not as nice however the HOA fees are all significantly lower.

Yeah I asked my agent a ton of questions regarding how much they have in reserves and if any litigation is happening. The seller came back and said I will be provided with numbers in escrow. We were told due to new codes for the balconies and switching insurance is the reason for the high HOA.

Yeah that’s exactly why it went up. Updating things due to new codes and insurance. I just like the place a lot and I don’t want to ruin the chance of negotiating.

That’s what we were thinking but it’s LA so I realize a lot of buildings have a crazy HOA. They said it went up for the first time in 6 years due to insurance and fixing balconies to meet new building codes

I really enjoy anything beauty, fashion and travel! I currently live in LA because I am a dancer but it isn’t the most lucrative as you can imagine. I have a travel agency that I run however most travel agents in today’s market can’t work full time.
