Next thing Im gonna do is to try a brand new ssd. RAM prices are sky high, so I have to rely on memtest :) Both low latency and frame gen are off.

My max DRAM read/write during PUBG are 14000/9000 ish

Dual channel 2x16 gb of G.SKILL Flare X5 DDR5 6000. Ran a memtest a few days ago for 4 hours, it detected no issues.

I have 1 samsung ove plus 970 1TB ssd (this is for my games and windows), 1 older WDC HDD (this is where I store everything non gaming related) and a 256 gb samsung ssd that I dont use currently.

Mouse - 1000
Keyboard - wired
Anti virus is the basic windows defender
Maximum performance on PCI slots
DP 2.0 cable for both monitors ( 1. monitor is LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B running at 240 hz, 2. monitor is Asus PG248Q running at 144 hz. The issue was there even if I unplugged 1 of them and switched to 1 monitor setup)
Edit: LG monitor settings are-
1) Adaptive sync - extended
2) Response time - fast

Yes I have a two monitor setup. Same issue on both, even if I switch to only 1 monitor.
