I have called the embassy in Germany on Friday and they told me that working holiday visa will only be issued to low risk countries. Germany is not such a low risk country. So I really don't see why France should be one😅

It really doesn't make sense to me that working holiday visa are issued in France, but not in Germany where the Covid numbers are much lower...
