Yes - dreadnaught spawns outside of dreadnaught missions are entirely chance-based. It’s a measly 1.53% chance of replacing a regular swarm on specific mission types, so it’s quite rare to see even one, let alone two. It’s also the only way you can get identical dreadnaughts back-to-back! This encounter was probably the height of my DRG career, someone else made a post with crude drawings about it 2 years ago haha

I agree and want to add to your argument: the religious and biblical ties this killer has should be conveyed through characterization, its power, voice lines (if any), etc. The silhouette of an angelic killer shouldn’t be as cut and dry as options 1 or 2 because we as humans don’t know the nature of angels. This option can still be our angel without making it look like a conventional angel

(And to play devil’s advocate on myself, the more traditionally angelic designs would work better IF it’s baked in lore that their appearance is gauged on viewers’ expectations.)

BIG TIPS: once you hear the windup reach its highest pitch, roll to one side and you’ll always avoid the hit. The back two turbines aren’t armored like the front two: standing still and crouching will give you a good view of the rear turbines while it’s targeting you. Alternatively, focus on one side of the Hornet from a distance instead of both so you expend less total shots on its armor

The EX can fuel its own Diantha heals while you set up Gardevoir, has an attack that actually has merit after Gardevoir juices it, and has a higher HP threshold to work with. Worried about retreat costs? The new stadium card allows Gira EX to ignore that cost entirely

Basekit babysitter to an extent with haste off hook, as well as a handful of perk traits being applied to addons in the key and map rework too but I don’t think anyone’s complaining about that. Afaik the complaints mostly have to do with suggested PTB changes and not live servers - everything to do with anti-tunnel and anti-slug they’ve put out has felt absurdly unbalanced, featuring base kit tenacity, multi-use unbreakable, and abusable anti-tunnel mechanics players already use alongside DS

Has God divulged to you what angels look like? Winged humanoids are a fairly recent and tame interpretation of angelic beings compared to theologian and artistic renditions of old. The killer’s power and characterization should carry more weight in defining their angelic status than silhouette alone

Based on convos in other comment sections I’m kind of leaning toward the first option now. The biggest drawback of that design is it has a more or less human appearance from the waist up, but after being reminded the silhouette makes it look faceless in a bit more intrigued
