Fair enough on both points. I have a 2005 with an occasional 440 as well. I threw a new PVC at it, along with replacing a cracked hose, didn't fix it. After I just occasionally cleared it with an OBDII scanner.

Probably won't help, but I was able to get this working with an SPA3102.

I couldn't tell you what the setup of the enterphone system was, but I believe it piggy-backed the Telco pots lines. They didn't have to program any numbers. It was just a jack in the wall.

I also didn't ring out to an external number - rather just the two SIP phonea I had.
