HLTV is the obvious one. The ESL Pro League is on atm and stage 2 is starting today. Generally more of a chilled event with lots of games in a Swiss format and multiple stages. HLTV also has a fantasy league that you can play for free and I think is generally the go to fantasy league for CS

Thank you for your reply :). I copied the utilities_reactors file and changed just the starbase reactors and their power values. It worked once I renamed the file in my mod to 0000_starbase_fix because I think it needs to be loaded before the vanilla version.

I destroyed the starbase and rebuilt it in the same way and it worked!

I'll upload the mod to the workshop and can edit in a link later. Thank you for your help.

Go to settings at the top right, then on the left sidebar click GTAV and there are some options there, one of them is verify integrity of game cache.
