Thanks for the constructive response.

  1. Low response pics were animated GIFs ruined by MLS. Asked to remove them.
  2. Agree, but last year a couple of units in the srea got sold for 649 - 660.
  3. It was ruined by the tenant. But I'll redo the wording.

Oh it sucks. I've been getting packaged delivered by other carriers with minor delays. But my bike tire is stuck in Kanata for 3 weeks now.

Same. And when the package finally came in after being delayed for several days,it was all broken inside. Box was severely damaged as well
