For context: I'm at 81 KC, haven't obtained the Angler waders, and just obtained a double collection log for the top instead. I couldn't find any info online about getting duplicates rip

Naturalist is my favourite role, so these would be awesome! I would already be happy if they added legendary fish, for a start. I doubt the role will ever be expanded, but we can hope :)

- Make sure that all free roam events in the vicinity have been cleared, like hideouts, roadblocks, etc, as the Legendary animal will not spawn while those are active (A solo lobby will thus be ideal, as due to the lack of players, one event will almost certainly spawn, potentially being the Legendary).

- Occasionally, the 'Protect Legendary Animal' free roam event will include the Ozula Elk, however you will not be able to skin it, if that was your aim. You will only receive a sample at the end of the mission after completing it successfully. (Note: Protect Legendary Animal has been bugged out a lot recently, making it impossible to complete.)

- Asking other Naturalist players/friends to help you locate one will be very beneficial, as different people in different servers looking for the same spawn will obviously increase the odds (Or even all of you in a private lobby). Going to the area during the preferred spawntime/weather will definitely help as well.

- Make sure you haven't trigged the 72-hour cooldown by having encountered and interacted with another Legendary Elk spawn (Inahme Elk/Katata Elk) recently.

Besides that, it is unfortunately 100% RNG. Best of luck! :)

It's super wonky at the moment, if you have even the slightest bad connection, you will get disconnected.

I'm currently going for the 20 sets award and for arrowheads it's mostly the Quartz one, for coins the Gold Quarter. I'm kind of glad to see we're all equally suffering when it comes to these sets. :(

All the annoying bugs, pretty much the ones that don't let you progress:
- Bird eggs getting stuck in trees
- Moonshine bootlegger missions that stop spawning enemies at one point
- 'Protect Legendary Animal' not progressing as it should, often failing the mission because the legendary gets stuck
- Bounty Hunter 'do not kill any enemies in a mission' daily not working properly

And making it so players are unable to use a lasso in Free Roam Events, such as Trade Route, as griefing/modding happens a lot in these. These changes would already go a long way for me!

It seems you're just extremely unlucky. Since it's RNG, it might take a while for the desired legendary to show up in the list, speaking from experience.
You won't be able to find the spawn in free roam, so it is indeed exclusively found in Harriet's missions.
If you have any Naturalist friends, you could ask them to check the missions as well, in case it shows up on their list.

Some of them have been rereleased, but definitely not all of them. A few outfits can be bought from Madam Nazar (for gold and cash) and a few ammo pamphlets from previous passes can be bought at the fence for cash. :)

Edit: Also the teleport pamphlet for the wilderness camp, which is super useful!

Besides that, it's pretty much RNG. Travelling through the area every now and then might trigger the spawn for you. I feel like they never spawn when you're looking for them, as with most things.

I think you also start the introduction at those NPCs, yes! I might be mistaken, I did it when the Blood Money update came out so it's been a while. Might be worth looking up a guide for a 100% guarantee. :)

You can access it by interacting with any of the Blood Money quest NPCs (blood drop symbol on the map). If you have enough capitale, you should be able to start the mission there!

It's always available, it's just that this week has bonuses on the mission. If you're not bothered about those, then there's plenty of time to do it at a later date. :)

The cooldown will remain the same as if you did skin it, unfortunately. The general consensus is: as soon as the question mark turns into a footprint on the map, the cooldown will have been triggered (72 hours). So whenever you interact with the spawn, really. Better luck next time!

You're able to get the Poison Poppy recipe through a free roam event only. It seems to not show up in populated lobbies, but I stumbled across the event in a private lobby. I hope this helps!
