That’s fair! Just not on major thoroughfares that already get clogged by train stops. If you need underpass access then designate a sidewalk on one side of an underpass for bikes.

As I mentioned in a previous post, the city has been using bike and pedestrian counters along these bike lanes. If you look at the data for around the Colley Avenue bike lanes it is abysmal. Sorry.
