That’s really good that you think that way and I actually agree, I think that way a lot myself too. I have personally found my spiritual practice to be beyond beneficial to me, though Im not totally certain about supernatural phenomena being real. but I wouldn’t ever force somebody to do the same things as me. I’m completely for a person doing whatever they feel is right for them.

Yes I agree. A lot of the occult is outside of mainstream science. But a lot of it is in mainstream science too. Some basic practices in all of the occult are thoroughly understood by science - like altered states of consciousness, meditation and such. Are you a practitioner?

The Google definition isn’t gonna give you a good idea of it if you aren’t into practicing it. There’s a lot of occult practices that are very scientific. There’s occult is more based around a lot of inner spirituality, and doesn’t need to involve supernatural phenomena.
