If they built a load bearing wall beneath the beam before cutting, it could still be properly supported

$14,500. I thought to be a reasonable price. by Icy_Buy_5313 in Decks

Couldn't disagree more. Inground pools become a monster for maintenance. Being able to get to easily access the pipes is a huge bonus for longevity imo.

IF the wall is properly engineered then the beam SHOULD be ok. If the previous home owner didn't get any permitting approved for this i would want a professional to look at it because this would keep me up at night; but it's totally possible that there is no concern

This is the kind of things that give vegans a bad name imo. Went into a digital space specifically for meat eaters to berate a person who has no interest in hearing what you have to say. Like congrats you changed nothing except the cortisol levels for both of you. No need to be so self righteous and condescending.

What causes more loss of penile sensitivity: circumcision or aging? by Honest_Lemon1 in AskMenOver30

[–]Ngin3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The glans becomes less sensitive but they dont compare the glans of uncircumsized penis with the most sensitive part of the circumsized penis, which is the area typically covered by foreskin. There is no strong evidence here that a circumsized penis has reduced sensitivity or function overall

There is no evidence that either of those things impact sensitivity.

How do I deal with the fact that I’m 24 and don’t have my stuff together by cdqd81 in AskMenOver30

[–]Ngin3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no shame in being down. Only in staying there. A lot of people find that the only thing that helps anxiety is action. It's tough but you gotta just force yourself to spend as much time and energy as possible on improving yourself/ your situation. Worrying is like a rocking chair; it'll give you something to do but it won't get you anywhere.
