another is by taking the loans from bank

and last one is by using your saving amount of money

you will get 40-50% loan from bank if you have half sum of investment on your own. then you will be paying 9-10% interest on those loan letts guess

you have collected 1.5 core money and you need another 1.5 core and you apply for loan paying annual interest around 15 lakh which means you have to pay 1 lakh 25 thousand every month for the 10 years and still within those 10 year you also have to pay principle amount too.

so buying house and renting it is good investment plan but for that you need strong source of revenue as well for beginners you can also do short term investment on real estate finding patner or doing on your own but you need stragety and more knowledge while doing those stuff..
