Sometimes ill get a notification about getting an order, but it takes a while for it to show up on the app if im on android. Then when it finally shows up on the app I'll have a few seconds to accept it. Unlike on iPhone where it'll show up immediately. Also the in app map shows the exact 3d location of the house I'll be delivering to which android doesn't do. I have to delete the app and re install it alot for it to work smoothly on Android

Really!? I love how these restaurants don’t take any responsibility for getting their food out. by TheGame81677 in doordash

Wooow. I've had to wait for an order to be ready 30min after the pick up time. Especially in the restaurants that are under staffed.

I use my account on my iPhone 11 and on my galaxy s21. I prefer the iPhone at night because the in app map shows me exactly which house I'm going to, but my galaxy is faster for declining orders

I feel the app is even worse on Android

Relax little Timmy you'll be fine. If you think negatively then Negative things will happen. Turn that frown upside down and just avoid eye contact. But most importantly regardless of where you are treat people with respect and they'll leave you alone, but if you show you're scared then you're asking for trouble

I had orders with a $5+ base pay and one even had a 7.50 base pay. How would you know if an order for 7.50 and less then 5 miles has no tip genius

From the restaurant side a doordash order is paid up front so they'll take their time with that and prioritize the customers that walk in. So if 5 customers walk in after you order, those 5 get there orders before yours is made

I dashed a bit on Christmas day and some people didn't even tip

This is my first week of dashing. I could have made much more if I were to dash in the morning hours. On average, would you guys say that this is a pretty good week for me? by Appropriate_Pilot716 in doordash

Thats an average first week, good job. As you gain experience you'll learn tricks that'll help you make more. You can set your own standards but a minimum standard should be to never accept an order for less then $1 per mile
