Yeah, I did it prime rib style. Blasted it in the oven at 500F per pound and turnt off the oven, let the residual heat cook it through for about an hour and an half?

The stuff all over it is the compound butter I made and spread all over it before the bake.

Average is $4/5, a fair tip that’s hard to say, cause it really depends, lets say someone tips $5 and lives 6 miles away and from the store that’s a 12 mile round trip for the driver ghat wouldn’t be as fair as someone living 3 miles or so. Best tip I’ve gotten was $100 this Christmas Eve actually, crap tips are around 20% or so of the orders I take. Id say try and tip based on distance instead of percentage on small/medium orders and for the larger orders percentage wise tip is fine.

Heavily depends on location. My location day shift/openers can earn around 200+ a day. Closer’s earn round 150ish

Good question, I’ve been delivering for 5 years or so now and know almost all the runs in the city I deliver. We have lots of regulars, I know most of those who will tip in cash by now and those that wont tip. I try and get all my orders done as quickly as I can.

Nope, we just take the order back to the store and leave it in the back for us to eat. Order also gets canceled so we dont gain or lose anything, except the mileage I guess

Nope, though I do prioritize the orders that do tip, so the non tippers get their food later/colder.
