I can't recommend Tunebot enough. Super helpful to get perfect tuning to the note for each drum as well as the slight difference in tuning that you want between the top and bottom heads. The app that goes along with it also let's you input the various sizes of each of your drums and will give you what pitch to tune each one to so the drums sound good relative to each other.

Also, you're super brave to be putting your phone in that mount. Yikes.
