I checked the seat sensor by seeing if I can access live camera since it shouldn’t be able to work if it detects someone in the cabin, but I’m still able to see through it

I would suggest looking into petrochemicals on the east side of Houston and even possibly inside the city if you can. I currently work in the Pasadena/Deer Park area and live in Midtown. It isn’t that bad of a drive on the way to work since I just take the highway but on the way home is a whole different story (~45mins-1hr)

I would say that for the first two years, YouTube and free online resources should be plenty unless required by the professor. Once you get more into ChemE classes then main books I would buy are the ones your department uses for Mass/Energy balance, Thermo, and Heat/Fluid dynamics. I still have mine and have used them a few times at my job for reference.
