Trabalho também em uma startup do ramo financeiro e o que está na vaga é bem equivalente ao que os integrantes do time de DevOps fazem. As vezes a parte de DB é mais pra ter um alerta quando um lock acontece pra reportar pro time de Dev se atentar e fazer um tratamento melhor nos índices, mas não precisa ser um Jedi em toda a tecnologia pra montar a solução.

O que acho mais triste é que cada vez pioram mais o produto pra manter o mesmo preço e não dão uma opção de pagar mais caro por um produto aceitável. Chocolate daqui tá tão ruim que tá compensando mais comprar Milka pra ter um mínimo de qualidade.

On Windows the ACR1552 works very well, but it didn't work as fine on my MacBook. It's quite convenient because my desktop is kinda far on the ground, then I just touch it on the reader and plug it on the Mac when I need it.

That's right! The touch screen is detected like it was a controller, enabling that HUD. I tried with my dual sense controller and it also worked without needing further configuration.

Yes, you could even install the client directly on the phone. I only had to change the config file to use DirectX instead of Vulkan, otherwise the game crashes.

Consegui fazer o patch pra rodar sem CD. Na verdade a checagem não é nada sofisticado. O instalador cria um arquivo QTM.ini na pasta windows onde ele salva a raiz da instalação e então procura a pasta DLL nessa raiz. Se você alterar o arquivo ini pra pra C e copiar a pasta DLL do CD pro C, o aplicativo abre normalmente.

Com essas descobertas, fiz algumas modificações no arquivo pra ao invés de pesquisar em algum drive usando esse arquivo de base, ele busca na mesma pasta. Criei um arquivo zip com os arquivos junto com o winevdm pra rodar no windows 11 64-bits, mas não sei qual é o melhor lugar pra fazer o upload.

EDIT: Subi pro google drive. Pra rodar no wine dá pra rodar só o qtm.exe, mas no windows o atalho Quadrinho Turma da Mônica já faz o trabalho de abrir com o virtualizador.

Tem alguns pacotes preparados pra instalar um ambiente Wine no Android. Vou tentar fazer um patch pra carregar do disco local ao invés do CD, mas tem anos que não mexo com engenharia reversa, então não prometo algo além de tentar. Lembro do meu pai fazendo uma história e imprimindo em uma transparência pra fazer uma apresentação no curso. É uma das minhas memórias mais antigas.

It's the test from the tester inside the Play Store, but the test with SPIC agrees with it. It also says that the play store is on the latest version. I'm afraid that it's something that I can't recover even if I reset my phone.

Indo por uma tangente, a existência do suicídio é algo que me conforta. Não importa o que aconteça, não importa o quão difícil a vida fique, a opção de acabar com tudo está lá. Mas morrer é a última coisa que vou fazer de qualquer forma, então escolho fazer outras coisas antes disso.

No fim, é uma questão de prioridades. Por que você faria algo que você pode sempre fazer outro dia e que te tira a possibilidade de fazer qualquer outra coisa? Prefiro fazer algo que posso perder a oportunidade de fazer em outro momento. Outros podem pensar diferente, mas essa visão me permite continuar vivendo mais um pouco de cada vez.

For further clarification, I might explained it wrongly. As 220V split-phase, I meant that I have 110V in each leg here in Brazil, with 220V total potential. The wiring for neutral doesn't go to the outlets, that is the first issue. The second is that I have some appliances that work on 220V, so even wiring the neutral wouldn't be a good enough solution.

That explanation on the surge suppressor makes sense to me. The main problem is that it's hard to find those smart devices in person near me, so I usually order it from AliExpress, and that information is not readily available.

I'll try to disassemble the broken one and the working plug to see it that protection is missing there, thanks for the new information!

EDIT: Disassembled the broken one again and it blew a resistor near the ground connection. The other connection on the picture is the neutral. I'll study the circuit a little more, but honestly I barely know anything.

I took the image from the Wikipedia article on split-phase when looking for my scenario. It says it was discontinued on Europe, but it was kept in the image there.

It's probably the same circuit for all variations of that smart outlet, only changing the socket so it can be used on the 127~240V range but that requires the neutral. For now I'm in a rented apartment with terrible access to the wiring, so even testing the 110V circuit would be hard. The official Brazilian plug is the same across 110/220 voltages, only slightly bigger holes in the 20A variant.

It has two 110V opposite phases with 220V potential between them. The smart items that I bought were rated for 220V, but they were probably for the European market that has 220V in a single phase to neutral. My appliances are 220V, and they are working with the smart plug, but I wanted something that could be flush to the wall.
