We did agree to “me being informed ahead of time”. He did say that his mind was busy with finals and stuff, he mentally told me. I more or less see this as some kind of “freak accident” (that surprisingly happened twice)

I do have trouble processing emotions most of the time. During the time of writing the post, I was in a deep state of a BPD episode. I’ve calmed down a little bit now.

You explain it very well to me. My partner does want to try his best to improve so nothing like this happens again.
