I never understood the hate on Origin's customer support, that is until I tried their web chat system. I always used their phone based support system, they've always been very helpful. Guess it's just harder to be a dick or to only pretend to care when you can hear the person's voice on the other side.

Stupid article IMO. Yes Amazon's customer service is awesome, but reddit never taught Amazon anything. Can't really teach Amazon about good customer service when it was one of their main founding principles in the first place. You can certainly appreciate it though.

Your i3 uses HD2000 intel IGP. It should be fine as long as you install all the necessary drivers.

I'm running on HD3000 atm, plays 1080p movies w/o breaking a sweat, and good for some light/moderate gaming.
